One should recite the beginning verses of Surah Mu’min and thereafter recite Aayatul Kursi. The verses of Surah Mu’min are:

حم تَنزِيلُ الكِتَابِ مِنَ اللهِ العَزِيزِ العَلِيم غَافِرِ الذَّنْبِ وَقَابِلِ التَوبِ شَدِيدِ العِقَابِ ذِي الطَّول لَا إِلَهَ إلا هُوَ إِلَيهِ المصِير

اللَّـهُ لا إِلـٰهَ إِلّا هُوَ الحَىُّ القَيّومُ لا تَأخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلا نَومٌ لَهُ ما فِى السَّمـٰوٰتِ وَما فِى الأَرضِ مَن ذَا الَّذى يَشفَعُ عِندَهُ إِلّا بِإِذنِهِ يَعلَمُ ما بَينَ أَيديهِم وَما خَلفَهُم وَلا يُحيطونَ بِشَىءٍ مِن عِلمِهِ إِلّا بِما شاءَ وَسِعَ كُرسِيُّهُ السَّمـٰوٰتِ وَالأَرضَ وَلا يَـٔودُهُ حِفظُهُما وَهُوَ العَلِىُّ العَظيمُ

عن أبي هريرة  رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم من قرأ حم المؤمن إلى { إليه المصير } وآية الكرسي حين يصبح حفظ بهما حتى يمسي ومن قرأهما حين يمسي حفظ بهما حتى يصبح (ترمذي رقم 2879)

Hadhrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who recites the beginning verses of Surah Mu’min and Aayatul Kursi in the morning, Allah Ta’ala will grant him protection through it till the evening, and the one who recites it in the evening, Allah Ta’ala will grant him protection through it till the morning. …

One should recite the following Duaa seven times in the morning and evening:

حَسْبِىَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

Allah Ta’ala is sufficient for me, there is none worthy of worship besides Him, I place my trust solely upon Him and he is the Lord of the Great Throne.…

One should recite the following Duaa in the evening:

أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهَا، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَسُوءِ الْكِبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِي النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِي الْقَبْرِ

We and the entire creation of Allah Ta’ala spend the evening for Allah Ta’ala.…

One should recite the following Duaa ten times in the morning and evening:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

عن أبي هريرة قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من قال لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير من قالها عشر مرات حين يصبح كتب له بها مائة حسنة ومحي عنه بها مائة سيئة وكانت له عدل رقبة وحفظ بها يومئذ حتى يمسي ومن قال مثل ذلك حين يمسي كان له مثل ذلك (مسند احمد رقم 8719)

Hadhrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever recites the following duaa ten times in the morning, one hundred good deeds will be recorded in his book of deeds, one hundred sins will be forgiven, he will receive the reward of freeing a slave, and he will be blessed with divine protection till the evening; and whoever recites it in the evening, will be blessed with the same rewards (till the morning):

 لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ…

One should Recite the following Duaa in the Evening

أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِ هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ، وَخَيْرِ مَا فِيهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا، اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ، وَالْهَرَمِ، وَسُوءِ الْكِبَرِ، وَفِتْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ

We and the entire creation of Allah Ta’ala spend the evening for Allah Ta’ala.…

One should recite the following Duaa in the morning and evening:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

There is no deity besides Allah Ta’ala alone, who has no partner.…

عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم من صلى الغداة في جماعة ثم قعد يذكر الله حتى تطلع الشمس ثم صلى ركعتين كانت له كأجر حجة وعمرة.قال…

One should recite the following one hundred times during the day:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

One should make Tasbeeh one hundred times daily.

عن سعد رضي الله عنه قال كنا عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال أيعجز أحدكم أن يكسب كل يوم ألف حسنة فسأله سائل من جلسائه كيف يكسب أحدنا ألف حسنة قال يسبح مائة تسبيحة فيكتب له ألف حسنة أو يحط عنه ألف خطيئة (مسلم رقم 2698)

Hadhrat Sa’d (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports: “On one occasion we were seated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) when Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: ‘Are you unable to earn everyday one thousand rewards?’…

One should recite the following duaa before going to sleep

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِى اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِى ذَنْبِى وَأَخْسِئْ شَيْطَانِى وَفُكَّ رِهَانِى وَاجْعَلْنِى فِى النَّدِىِّ الأَعْلَى
