Dua at the Time of the Maghrib Azaan

Recite the following dua during the azaan of Maghrib or after the azaan:

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنَّ هٰذَا إِقْبَالُ لَيْلِكَ وَإِدْبَارُ نَهَارِكَ وَأَصْوَاتُ دُعَاتِكَ فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ

O Allah Ta’ala! This is the approach of the night and the departure of the day, and these are the voices of Your servants calling out (the muazzins), so forgive me (my sins).

عن أم سلمة رضي الله عنها قالت علمني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن أقول عند أذان المغرب اللهم إن هذا إقبال ليلك وإدبار نهارك وأصوات دعاتك فاغفر لي (سنن أبي داود، الرقم: 530)

Hazrat Ummu Salamah (radhiyallahu anha) reports, “Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) taught me to recite the following dua at the time of the Maghrib azaan:
