transport1.  When entering the town or city, one should one should recite the following Duaa thrice:

اللهم بارك لنا فيها

O Allah, grant us barakah in this place

Thereafter, one should recite the following Duaa:

اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقنَا جَنَاهَا وَحَبِّبنَا إِلَى أَهلِهَا وَحَبِّبْ صَالِحِى اَهلِهَا إِلَينَا

 O Allah, give us of its fruit and produce and make us beloved to its people and make the pious of its people beloved to us.

Sceneعن المنيذر رضي الله عنه صاحب رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم وكان يكون بإفريقية قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول : من قال إذا أصبح : رضيت بالله ربا وبالإسلام دينا وبمحمد نبيا فأنا الزعيم لآخذن بيده حتى أدخله الجنة  رواه الطبراني وإسناده حسن (مجمع الزوائد 17005)

Hadhrat Munaydhir (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever recites the following duaa in the morning, I guarantee that I will definitely take him by his hand and enter him into Paradise:

لاَ إلَهَ إلا الله وَحْدَهُ لَا شرِيكَ لَه لَه الملكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ يُحيِ وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ، بِيَدِهِ الخَير وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَدِير

There is no deity besides Allah Ta’ala alone, who has no partner.

transport1.  The following Duaa should be recited when bidding someone farewell at the time he is departing on a journey:

اَستَودِعُ اللهَ دِينَكَ وَأَمَانَتَكَ وَخَوَاتِيمَ عَمَلِكَ

I place your deen, your trust (wife, children and subordinates) and your final actions (at the time of death) in the care and trust of Allah Ta’ala

عن سالم أن ابن عمر كان يقول للرجل إذا أراد سفرا ادن مني أودعك كما كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يودعنا فيقول استودع الله دينك وأمانتك وخواتيم عملك  (ترمذي رقم 3443)

Saalim (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) reports that Hadhrat ibn Umar (Radhiallahu Anhuma) would address a person embarking on a journey saying: “Come close to me, I will bid you farewell in the manner that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would bid us farewell.

Duaa for Aafiyah and Protection

SceneOne should Recite the following Duaa in the Morning and Evening:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِى الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِى دِينِى وَدُنْيَاىَ وَأَهلِى وَمَالِى اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَتِى وَآمِنْ رَوْعَتِى اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِى مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَىَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِى وَعَنْ يَمِينِى وَعَنْ شِمَالِى وَمِنْ فَوْقِى وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِى

O Allah, I beg You to bless me with Aafiyah (physical and spiritual ease) in this world and the Hereafter.
