One should recite the following duaa thrice before going to sleep

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الحَيَّ القَيُّومَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

I seek Allah’s forgiveness, the One besides whom there is no deity, the Ever- Living, the Eternal, and I turn to Him in seeking His pardon

عن أبي سعيد رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: من قال حين يأوي إلى فراشه: أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه، ثلاث مرات، غفر الله ذنوبه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر، وإن كانت عدد ورق الشجر، وإن كانت عدد رمل عالج، وإن كانت عدد أيام الدنيا.…

One should seek protection from Shaytaan ten times daily.

عن أنس قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : من استعاذ بالله في اليوم عشر مرات من الشيطان وكل به ملكا يرد عنه الشياطين  رواه أبو يعلى وفيه ليث بن أبي سليم ويزيد الرقاشي وقد وثقا على ضعفهما وبقية رجاله رجال الصحيح (مجمع الزوائد رقم 17169)

Hadhrat Anas (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whosoever seeks refuge in Allah Ta’ala from shaytaan ten times daily, Allah Ta’ala appoints an angel over him to repel the Shayateen from him.”…

One should dust his bed before going into bed and recite the following duaa:

بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّى وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِى وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِى فَارْحَمْهَا وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا تَحْفَظُ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

O my Rabb, only with Your name have I placed my side down (i.e.…

One should recite the following duaa before going to sleep

لاَ إلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ ، لاَ حَولَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إلاَّ بِاللهِ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَالحَمدُ لله وَ لاَ إلَهَ إلاَّ اللَّهُ وَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَر

There is no deity besides Allah Ta’ala, who is alone, who has no partner.…

One should seek Forgiveness for the believers 25/27 times daily.

عن أبي الدرداء قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم يقول :  من استغفر للمؤمنين والمؤمنات كل يوم سبعا وعشرين مرة أو خمسا وعشرين مرة – أحد العددين – كان من الذين يستجاب لهم ويرزق بهم أهل الأرض رواه الطبراني وفيه عثمان بن أبي العاتكة وقال فيه : حدثت عن أم الدرداء وعثمان هذا وثقه غير واحد وضعفه الجمهور وبقية رجاله المسمين ثقات (مجمع الزوائد رقم 17600)

Hadhrat Abu Dardaa (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that he heard Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) say: “Whosoever seeks forgiveness from Allah Ta’ala for the believing men and women twenty five or twenty seven  times daily, he will be from those who are mustajaabud da’waat (i.e.…

One should  place his right hand under his right cheek and recite the following duaa (once or thrice):

اللَّهُمَّ قِنِى عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ عِبَادَكَ

O Allah, save me from your punishment the day You resurrect Your servants.…

One should recite the following duaa before going to sleep

اللهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَرَبَّ الْأَرْضِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ، اللهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُونَكَ شَيْءٌ، اقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ، وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْر

O Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Lord of the great Arsh, our Lord and the Lord of everything, the One who causes the seed-grain and the date-pit to split, and the One who revealed the Taurah, Injeel and Qur’an, I seek Your protection from the evil of all things which are in Your control.…

One should make Tasbeeh one hundred times daily.

عن سعد رضي الله عنه قال كنا عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال أيعجز أحدكم أن يكسب كل يوم ألف حسنة فسأله سائل من جلسائه كيف يكسب أحدنا ألف حسنة قال يسبح مائة تسبيحة فيكتب له ألف حسنة أو يحط عنه ألف خطيئة (مسلم رقم 2698)

One should recite the following duaa before going to sleep

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِى اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِى ذَنْبِى وَأَخْسِئْ شَيْطَانِى وَفُكَّ رِهَانِى وَاجْعَلْنِى فِى النَّدِىِّ الأَعْلَى

(بِسمِ الله) اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ نَفْسِي إِلَيْكَ، وَوَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لاَ مَلْجَأَ وَلاَ مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ، آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ
